Sheepdog Demonstrations

There’s something special about working with a good dog. It’s not just the skill, speed, or instinct — it’s the trust. The quiet understanding built over time, out on the hill, where nothing is staged and the stakes are real.

For us, sheepdogs are at the heart of the farm. We have a team of 11 dogs, five of whom make up the core working crew. The rest are either training, learning the ropes, or enjoying retirement. Each one is part of our family, and each one has its own place and purpose here. Most people have no idea just how much these dogs are capable of — until they see it for themselves. Watching them gather sheep, respond to the different whistles, or lie calmly with one eye on the flock... it’s impressive, even for us, and we see it every day.

Our demonstrations aren’t a show — they’re a window into the real work we do with our dogs, the training involved, and the relationship it takes to get there.
